Vooodu Posted January 14, 2014 Share Posted January 14, 2014 I think auto aim is more realisitic; when you pull a gun out in real life you would aim it right at the person you were intending to shoot, not 10 feet to the left or right of the person and then having to adjust your aim at their damn face. Just makes more sense. They really need to have an option to turn auto aim off friends and crews. There should also be a way to prioritize auto aim. Other players > police > pedestrians. Well to be honest you aimming 10 feet to the left or right is just bad aim. The gun always points int he middle of the screen. So if your target is in the middle you will pull your gun out at the middle. Basically in real life, if you aim in the wrong direction you GUN will not magically correct itself. It sure as hell won't give you the ability to shoot the wings off a fly at 100 yards while blind folded. Also... AA will never discriminate so you can't expect an aim bot to prioritize. Only the player can do that by manually overriding AA or by simply using FREE AIM. Yeah obviously but the enemy isnt always in the center of the screen? Duh. If i was to aim at a dude in real life regardless of where he was standing, i would aim the gun at him. Then put the enemy in the middle of your screen....DUuuhHH.. I think its funny you are comparing it to real life. When in real life, if you don't AIM directly at something it won't matter. Same logic applies to free aim. If you are gonna aim 10 feet off then expect it to be 10 feet off. Besides, in real life NO ONE can shoot someone driving by at 150 mphs with their eyes closed. Hell no one in real life has auto aim. First off, you're dumb. Second, when i pull out a gun in real life i aim it at my target. Meaning If my target is situated 90 degrees to my right or left i will not point my gun straight ahead and turn the 90 degrees to my target. I will point it straight at my target no matter where it is standing. Essentially AUTO-AIMING on my target. Auto Aim is more realistic. Period. Do you understand that? If your screen center was aiming at the sky thats the only reason you it aimed at the sky. If you have problems finding your center try putting a small sticky where your dot is when aiming. That will help with having to estimate where it is. That will shave seconds off and help you get a feel for it. Honestly, i think the aim dot should appear the moment your weapon is drawn aiming or not. The biggest problem people make is DRAWing their gun asap and then trying to aim. Instead they should be centering their camera before aiming and shooting. Also... Alot of people don't know that you can still aim and shoot without actually aiming. Just shoot and move. Well, if you're gonna go at people standing still the faster and more accurate shot will always win. But the center don't lie man. No ones forcing you to stand still let alone be a quicker draw. Well, if you're gonna go at people standing still the faster and more accurate shot will always win. But the center don't lie man. No ones forcing you to stand still let alone be a quicker draw. Man i got mine at bit under max. It helps, but the higher you have it the more twitchy it is. Still tho....When you need to aim fast don't use the LT. Just center your target in the middle of the screen and then shoot. This makes you so much faster and accurate at close ranger.
