I initially went to the dam after he told me he'd be there, only to find out he wasn't. At the time I was still playing story so I did more missions and eventually he was there. Captain Arthur Posted January 12, 2014 Share Posted January 12, 2014 I think that mission is glitched. I have a save file where I did all the parachuting missions and it still didn't show. If it doesn't show up after an in-game week, then that means your save file is glitched, unfortunately. I dunno if they patched this or not. I mean the Dom missions is only for Franklin, everybody can do the parachute missions..
