Jobs Failing After Completing Them

so was wondering if this has happened to anybody after the 1.09 patch when i was playing with 4 other people on the mission where you have to destroy cement trucks (martins mission) we drove around blowing up the targets so we get a notification to blow up the last one so we did and it said that we failed because we blew up the cement truck 0_o wtf ive done that mission 11 times and thats what you are supposed to do also on coven we managed to kill every merc grab the container as soon as we grab the container and ascend it says we failed because merryweather escaped with the container ?????? man them bugs are annoying as hell.
