Can you edit someone's rank in a crew? I wan't to make a crew, but I don't want to grind to get level 50 in it to unlock everything.

Yes of course. You need to call Rockstar Support and ask them to de-rank your high level members to level 20 or what ever you like.

just make the crew, & play. the unlocks will come. no grinding needed.

Nope.

 

I was over rank 250, but I had to unlink my SC account to play online again, so I lost my crew rank.

 

Once you unlock the tire smoke, it's just a growing number I guess.
