The men and women of the Sun Yee On were dissatisfied and took action, as the elections for the next Dragon were taking place a sect of the Sun Yee On, 14K, and Wu Hop To broke off from the Chinese Triads and formed a new group known as the Sun Xi. The Leader of the group was a man known as Two Faced Chang. Chang didn't want to live in Hong Kong due to the Sun Yee On, so he and his subordinates moved to America. A fresh new start was at hand, Chang's gang grew and had footholds in Los Santos and in Liberty City, he was famous among the nightlife gaining the nickname "Dragon of the West". Today the Sun Xi resides in Los Santos, ready and able.
