Online Loss of Car

I was playing on Friday with my friend. He left and I figured I'd keep playing for a while. Our last location was the Airstrip by Trevors place, so rather than driving my Car (Adder) back to my garage, I thought I'd just pick a Helicopter and get there fast.

Once I got to my garage, I took out my Bifta and destroyed it. I expected that when I went back in my garage my Adder would still be there, but It wasn't.

It vanished. I called my mechanic and it wasn't there, I called MMI (Insurance) and It wasn't on that list either. The last I'd seen it, it still had a tracker, so it's still my vehicle.

At the time this happened, Rockstar were having that annoying Cloud Saving Error. I checked on Saturday and I still haven't got the car. I checked today and I still don't have it. However, both these days I've had the Cloud Saving Error at the bottom of my screen.

Has anyone else had this problem recently? And will I get my car back once the Saving Error has gone?

I sent a request to Rockstar, and I'm still waiting on the reply, although I'm not expecting anything soon.
