Tanks - Now Charged Insurance/BS?

Patch 1.09 hasn't changed anything on this. I took out my tank and destroyed a few pvs and paid nothing and received no warnings. It does still happen sometimes that you do pay/get warned but it's pretty random. If you are getting several in a row I found changing sessions stopped that.

 

Patch 1.08 tried to give tanks more protection against badsport and I think they bugged it. I don't think any of this is intentional so I see no way to clarify when you do pay/get warned and when you don't.

Lol tanks should be removed from warstock and if you steal one from the military base you should've have a 5star wanted level forced which you cannot lose.

Try shooting the PV with the tank when your not moving.

 

I rarely see BS warnings or pay for the PV after I realized this.

Next up, Rockstar should remove the tanks entirely from (public) freemode games, or just remove the tanks from being used entirely (outside of missions where they spawn). All cash should be reimbursed, too.

 

It should be at the very least something that is earned over a long period of time. Seeing single digit level players rolling around in tanks is irritating as hell. Additionally, I think the armor should be lessened. I don't think it should take as many rockets as it does to wreck a tank.

 

I wouldn't be upset if they removed it, but I would miss mugging people out of them. Had one this morning where mugged a tank driver and then the mugger just rolled right over him.
