Crash in open sessions

Every time I'm playing in an open sessions I crash after 5-20 minutes. The error message says this "

Connection to the session lost due to an unknown network error. Please return to Grand Theft Auto V and try again later." This doesn't happen when I play in a closed session with my friends. Same thing happens to a friend of me.

 

Could our internet provider be the problem? (We both have the same internet provider)
