I even enjoy the side missions more in GTA IV. To me exploring Liberty City is alot more fun even though it's not as big as SA. SA is most certainly worth it (all GTAs are), but after playing both extensively I think GTA IV is a way better game, even without as many features. If you're still thinking about it, try checking out ign.com and other game review websites. GTA SA got a higher overall score than IV (OMG!!!) And get a cheat device like CodeBreaker or Action Replay Max (get the CodeBreaker if you don't mind less features like the regional free DVD player, and more codes, get ARMax if you only have a PC, no Mac will do best with it, and less codes). San Andreas is fun with codes like spawn FBI Trucks and zero gravity when holding L1, etc. I'm sorry if your PC, but if you got an XBox, they all exist. Wait, did you just say you're sorry if he's on PC? The PC is the ultimate platform for cheating/modding/hacking. Not that it's always a good thing, but you get what I'm saying. I heard there's a PC cheat device as well, but when compared to modding, it sucks. It's just me who can't touch the PC (hence why I mentioned "Mac"), so my opinions always differ. I'm just now tying up VC and now moving back to SA (i've beat it like 5 times, but it never seems to get old[sA]) I'm hoping that compared to VC, that Sa will seem alot better... As opposed to IV, which I was doing previously. Overall I still think SA is my favorite GTA. Maybe due to the countryside, I just loved the enviroment, for some reason. ZombieFrogger Posted August 9, 2010 Share Posted August 9, 2010 I never realy loved san andreas as such but i played it again after about 2 years without playing it and it kinda Relived and brought back some good memories of san andreas, now that im older i think i liked it way better then i did when i was younger. As for the storyline, most people don't find it that great. That's not to say that you won't, though. I say go ahead and get it. It'll keep you entertained for a really long time. Don't just go from mission to mission, don't just run around going on killing sprees.. Use ur imagination theres alot to do in this game If you like Sandbox games, well... This is the grandaddy of sandbox games and you should definitely get it , but.. If ur the kinda 'go from mission to mission' sort of gamer, then.. get it anyway!
