Post 1.09 Vehicle Spawning?

After the 1.09 update, the Vehicle spawns have been weird for me and i am asking what you are seeing

 

I know vehicles spawn by time of day location ect......

 

But last night vehicles were limited to two per session......like a Baller and a Buffalo were the only vehicles spawning, and this did not change .i stayed in one session for 48 game hours (approx 90 minutes)

It did not matter what time of day or what location from the city center to the far beaches of sandy shores ....the vehicles spawning were the same

I saw no other type of vehicles like tractors in the county, delivery trucks or tractor trailers. nothing

 

I did try switching sessions, I never hit a big lobby of players .i think 6 others was max ..........

 

The only thing that changed was the two vehicles that were spawning ........A couple of times it only spawned the high end cars that cannot be stolen and kept

 

I hope this problem is only a temp glitch due to 1.09 being released and not a permanent thing
