GTA Online just won't save...

So it's been a month since I used my main account, the cloud just won't save, I've tried everything to recover this account to save but no

 

 

The gold cloud save ring is constantly circling it never disappears, the unable to save message is constant

 

I delete the character, create a new character, log off, log back on, my deleted character has reappeared

Done everything possible, called rockstar they said delete my Xbox profile, I did, still does it, I'm not really fussed as I don't use the account anymore but surely someone else must have the problem haha
