Did Patch 1.09 remove the Declasse Tornado?

I was just wondering this because today, the famous "Mors Mutual Depot Glitch" happened to me, and I lost my Declasse Tornado. I have looked literally EVERY PLACE they are supposed to spawn and I still haven't found one.

 

It was one of my favorite cars that I owned and I'm really disappointed about this. Has this happened to anybody else?

Yeah man, I'm on PS3. What's your PSN, I'll add you. I appreciate it, I have looked everywhere and I'm getting frustrated. I just hope this doesn't happen again.

Tornado's in mint condition spawn frequently on the Senora Freeway at night. That's where I got mine. I haven't seen a convertible Tornado spawn there though...

They are absolutely still in. I could hardly find any other car I was looking for after installing 1.09. Tornadoes and Emperors as far as the eye could see...
