Frank Brown
If you were forcibly relocated from your home country and told you were allowed to move anywhere in the world except there, where would you go? This implies you know the language of wherever you move to, as well.

Kiffster
Well, if I'm forced to leave, I'll probably go to Australia, like EyeMacHunt, but unlike him I will miss my home country. I'd like to stay here in the southern hemisphere, and Aus is the only other country I can see myself living in. Namibia is almost exactly the same as South Africa, but I don't wanna live there though Edited January 12, 2014 by Werebot85 EyeMacHunt

Tacymist
I wish. This would be at the top of my list. Celebration, Florida: Of course I'd melt in the summer the minute I walk outside, but I don't care. Worth it. Looks so nice. Did a drive by there a little over a year ago. By drive by I mean a quick drive through checking out the area, it really is nice there. Meanwhile: Mince and Empty World

WinterEdit
Canada or USA. Canada seems like a bunch of jolly blokes, I guess it would be fun to live there. And because they have similar weather conditions (warmish summers, cold winters) like in here, I wouldn't even feel homesick. Much anyway. USA would be cool, but I am not a big fan of the "Oh you got injured? Well, just pay a gazillion and we'll fix that." (aka costly healthcare) system. Canada would be much better in that manner, because they have free one, like here in Finland. And because both of them are mostly English speaking countries, that's another plus side. No need to learn random Swahili.

universetwisters
Michigan. Wait, that's not a country. I'd probably go for Canada, seeing as they language is very similar and I wouldn't have to get used to much just to fit in. Sure, I'll have to pronounce my words like "aboot" and "soar-ey", but it beats going down to Mexico and learning a whole new language. Either that or I can just stay in the tourist-ey parts of Berlin where everyone speaks English.

Der Süden
Yoonided States of 'Murica. I could never leave my home country to start a new life somewhere else, but if they would force me, I would probably go to the Midwest or Northwest of the US. I speak English, I like colder climate, I like the landscapes and many of my country's people immigrated there in the last centuries and brought cultural influences. So I would a bit feel like home, I guess.
Andreas
If I were forced to leave my country, then I would go to Switzerland or Canada. They are both secure places to live as the crime rate is quite low, and you must have a certain financial security. Especially Canada looks like an interesting country to me, and I would love to visit it sometime in the future. Raavi
Being forced to relocate or willingly relocate are two entirely different scenarios. If the former applied I'd go for a country where I could guarantee my safety both personally and financially. Contenders would be Switzerland, New Zealand and a non disclosed Island nation somewhere smack in the middle of the Ocean. If I was forcibly relocated by my own country to somewhere else, then that probably means I've been a victim of extraordinary rendition. In which case I won't have much say in the matter but I'll likely end up at a black site in some Middle Eastern country with my balls wired up to the mains and a wet towel over my face. epoxi

na89340qv0n34b09q340
North Ohio, in the plains of Lake Eerie. I've got family all over there, and it'd be nice to be able to drive out to Philadelphia/Charleston/Chicago/Detroit/Indianapolis/etc. in less than a day. Except that's in this country. If I was barred from there I'd go to Manitoba to enjoy the scenery. Edited January 12, 2014 by Joe Chip
