lol no they did not. cheaters will play every game worth playing and cheat if they can... rockstar just had the mentality of a noobish team in handling the situation. and it continues in such a way because now they just give the cheaters the tools they need to look for the next exploit.

Yeah they screwed this game up pretty badly.

 

On the bright side though by the way some people on this forum talk they can make the next GTA for us instead of Rockstar since they talk as if they have a complete understanding of game design and development, so at least there's that to look forward to.

I don't even think heists will be relevant unless R* rolls out a hell of a lot of new toys to spend money on... I have no reason to play them other than to see what they are like.

im sick of these threads about heists .. don't blame rock* they actually are commited to it but when hackers and exploiters do hacks and give out billions of $$$ and use god mode just makes rock* work on a diff thing .... Instead of planning how heists take place and where and the money pay out , the locations of them , the choosing your crew etc is being canned for the moment because there busy wasting there time banning hackers , and blocking DNS kiddies ... so if you have done the above you are the one to blame not rock* .... give them some slack they could say hey f*ck these people they f*cking with the game where trying to make the best ever but they keep f*cking it .... just makes them not give a f*ck really

If the game keeps getting hacked and no one but hackers or those gifted billions are playing anymore I wouldn't release DLC either. These cheaters are ruining the revenue stream and are why I suspect within the next few month's GTA online will be turned off. Considering the sloppy programing I have no sympathy for Rockstar.

They're not trying hard enough, have you seen that patch notes for the patch which they worked for a month on? The game earned them billions and that's the best they can do, well sorry but it isn't good enough.
