Patch 1.09 Audio Broken

Ok. Ever since this new patch came, my audio is really messed up.

 

All sounds keep echoing, lagging and giving out some strange frequency sounds, it's really annoying.

 

I'm playing it muted right now since it becomes practically unbearable...

 

Anyone else having this?

I actually tested this, but I don't think it changed. It can be that some people don't have it due their TV/sound setup, and some do for the same reason..
