Crew rank issue

On the Social Club, my active crew shows me as a rank 23, but however in Online whenever I rank up within my crew, I'm shown as being a level 2 and I'm unable to buy my crew color or emblems for that reason. Has anyone else experienced this same issue before or knows a way to fix this? If It helps any, I noticed the problem in patch 1.08 a few days ago. Thanks everyone! :)

This happens on occasions. I'm crew rank 130, but when I go to buy some crew smoke or colors, it says the item is locked until I reach crew rank 35. It might be some issues with the social club site linking to the servers. idk. Your guess is as good as mine.

Have a similar problem where I had already unlocked everything but a couple of days ago I can't unlock crew smoke which I already had unlocked. (Have not changed or deleted added any crews)
