I've never agreed with the use of mercenaries, particularly if it involves granting South Africans UK citizenship just to bolster our cause. If you are playing for club or country, what is the point if you violate your rules and principles?

airstrikes should be player dependent where you choose from the list like all the other options

 

i like to call in mercs & muggers when i get in a tit for tat as a distraction. or if someone is being annoying on the mic i will set bounties and send mercs...f*ck your mute button

This is actually a great idea. That flare makes the whole Airstrike feature a complete waste.

 

Imagine a sniper atop a building where no one can get to, but you laser tag the building's ledge and BAM, the airstrike hits the whole rooftop.

Funny you should mention this. While I 100% agree that there should be a better targeting system (e.g. selecting a target on the map), I managed to get a successful airstrike on a rooftop sniper last week.

There was a guy trying to snipe me from a rooftop. Went passive and started running around the base of the building looking for a way up until I realize it was only accessible by flying. Other players came near and occupied his attention. Went out of passive threw the flare and he was dead in seconds. Soooo satisfying. Possibly my favorite kill to date.

 

 

TL;DR -> rooftop snipers are the BEST prey or airstrikes.
