10 Signs That Your Crew Is Ready For Heists

1 sign your crew isn't ready for Heists

1. They've all moved on to other games because GTA:Online offered no new content for too long.

This, 100 times this. I joined a crew with real life friends back in October, now they're all COD whores and nowhere near level 60. I started a second crew of just me so I could use my own crew colour and the emblem I designed for the original crew, so I guess I'll just invite some peeps once heists are confirmed.

Heists are going to be scripted to hell, a set getaway car and you only get $400

I work at Rockstar

Obviously not because a normal store heist gets you a grand.

Just realized that can also be classified as a heist.

So heists have been here all along :panic:

Mind=Blown.

SUPERHEAVYDOODY

Both my active crews basically disbanded a month ago due to boredom, god mode, and multiple lobbies with cheaters. Heists wont do anything for this game until they fix all that. I was playing today and seeing 5 players over level 300 with no skills maxed in the lobby just pissed me off so I started playing a different game.

Yea, cause a lvl300 with no skills just messes the whole freeroam thing up. Geez killem three times and move along.

Some people want to have the best crews out there. The strongest and full of the most loyal. Some crews are extremely organized and will plan out each heist so everyone knows their duty and that not everything is chaos and a free for all.

Agreed, when i logged on in october and november, always had around 10 or so friends playing GTA. Now when I decide to play I am always lone-wolfing, and my sessions are usually very short. Seeing where the gaming industry is headed in general, I refuse to buy anymore games or consoles, and bought a nice compound bow setup instead. Much better use of my hard earned money IMO. It's nice to give my money to an industry that sells working products to their customers for a change.

What about for people like me... The solo robbers.

I only have one friend... my TANK!

I read the first heist ( level 30? ) would pay you 30.000. But you have to split it in 2 or 3, if you're playing with others. Isn't better than other missions... probably a small fleeca.

Let me help those crews. You are in what we call a video game. You are a person playing one. There is no loyalty. No strength. The second someone forgets to pay their internet bill or their system crashes they will need to go back to work to pay for their "hobby" and you'll be out a weekend warrior. Nobody in this world should ever be measured by their ability to shoot a pixel gun or make it online or have a high level. They have 5 slots for characters and 5 crews and if they want to play Charlie today and Ben tomorrow and each has a different Crew, then so be it. It's a darn game!

In reality I could call 12 friends right now, put together a Crew of 5 with a generic logo of a beer and take your crew to church and back. If it was a death match and you got a single kill I would be amazed. The only difference between us and them is that we know that our ability isn't real and our strength is imaginary and we're just a bunch of friends messing around and having a blast. We developed in our spare time joking and laughing around.

So are we ready for Heists? I'm going to fall asleep doing them and regardless of whether they are hard or not I'm going to have fun. Even if half the group is just messing around. Oh, and if my Crew is too busy to play with me, no big deal I'll go and find another Crew that I can have fun with for the afternoon.

It does the amount of cheating I've seen the last few weeks affected my enjoyment of the game. Why should a player who glitched to lvl 300 have a minigun when my lvl 43 kit that's played 40+ hours doesn't. Same as my lvl 123 that took me 100 hours to get yet some moron got the same in an afternoon. This is why my enthusiasm for GTA is gone and why out of 18 crew members only 1-2 are even remotely active.

heist
hīst/
informal
noun
1: a robbery.
verb
1:steal.

So basically yes. The future heists are just more complex.

This is a good itinerary. My crew 'Englands Gangsters' is golden for Heists. I created it, but I have a few members who share the lead with me. We personally weed out people we don't like lol. Anybody can join though btw. But we're ready for this, we often murder people aimlessly and steal things in game. We are always on the run from the police and we are always out running the pigs and killing the noobs who aren't on our side haha. No tag, no ally. We've got pilots specialising in either or both helicopter and plane, gun men, drivers, boat drivers. We got our boys who do missions and we know who's good at what. Good team to play with and always get it done. I've cut off the weak links, I hate doing other people's work for them. We on ps3 but we've even stretched over to Xbox 360 lol, nice. But we're ready.

My hopes are up for the Mission creator. People will create better heists on their own in hours than rockstar in half a year + X months

Mission Creator... Oh wait

You guys are a little too harsh on the OP. I can see he's clearly excited for this, don't flame him for it.

Who knows... Heists might actually be pretty fun.

Lol, I'm surprised that everyone's taking this so seriously. No defense necessary.

#1 made me LOL. One thing about me is you've never seen me make a petty post on this forum. ;)

This whole thread is petty if you ask me.

Who gets this into preparing for heists, when it's unknown if, when or what exactly they will entail?

People are talking about "getting ready" for something that requires teamwork in a game where I've never seen people less interested in teamwork or helping each other in any way (in fact, so many people get screwed over when they try TO help someone that they don't do it in GTAO anymore.) There will be so many trolls in the heist missions....

People sitting there doing things like trying to plan escape routes from buildings they aren't even sure will be heist locations from invisible police... I didn't know GTA could be made to feel geeky.Do you cosplay as your character to get you further into your character's mindset?

One guy will be afk while mom yells at him

Another guy will friendly fire on teammates

A different crew member will throw a sticky too close to the getaway car and kaboom

And the last idiot standing will keep all the money left for himself, only to purchase a chrome adder, after he spends 3 hours evading police while teammates watch.

I'll do heists with randoms. I just love to play with people who have no idea how to do sh*t. Makes things waaaaay more interesting.

Then again, all my friends are just casuals, so I think they are more than ready for me.
