Though I've seen same clothing in some older movies (where those cultists and probably R* too got the inspiration. Epsilonism is primarily based on Scientology, but of course it does include other cults as well, just like that Lifeinvader dude was based on Mark Zuckenberg and Steve Jobs at the same time.
