There are no patch note yet. You know why? Rockstar needed to meet with the demands of many players asking for a patch. They released a pseudo patch to calm spirits down. This is why there are no patch notes yet. They are still trying to figure a way to remove money and deal with hackers. That's why nobody has lost their glitchions.

Wrong. Rockstar never releases the patch notes straight away it's usually 24-48 hours afterwards. Also this patch will contain the tools for Rockstar to do the sweeps to remove hacked money and such.
