How does the Super Diamond perform in races?

Whenever I race sedans, I often see most of the other players pick Super Diamonds. However, I watched this video where some guy tests out the sedans on Cutting Coroners, and according to the video's description, the Super Diamond was one of the worst performers. So, I'd like to hear what you guys have to say about the Super Diamond's performance in races.

I've won a couple of races in one, but I think it was more down to the quality of the opposition than the quality of the car.

It's a big heavy thing so it is good for barging others out your way, if that's your sort of thing

I had one once as a filler/holder of the spot where my Tailgater would reside.

 

Found my Tailgater, so the Super Diamond is history. It was more of a FM-cruiser than a good racer as i remember it.

 

I wouldn't be bothered to ever own one again.

I drive mine constantly in free mode, but in racing she just feels too heavy.

It's the fastest sedan you can buy. The Shafter will go bumper to bumper with it. Both fully upgraded. The difference being that the Super Diamond drives like a brick. The Shafter will hit corners. You could argue that in the right hands, the Tailgater could be your choice. It gets taken in the straights by the Super and Shafter. Thats not always the most important stat though. To each their own. I keep a Shafter.

May be the fastest in a straight line but it it's one of the slowest around any track, and it slides out like crazy. People only pick it because they see a few stat bars that are high. Put high stat bars on a turd and a ton of people will pick it up too. Doesn't change the fact that it is a turd.
