According to what Rockstar Said in an interview yesterday they are Reading Forums Lol

 

 

 

What I love about our GTA Online plans is that the game is no longer static. We can continue to add these things and evolve. Thats even more exciting these days, where through forums, Reddit, etc, we have a real direct connection to the people playing the game. We can respond to what they are into and what they hate more than ever. Its something that really suits the way we work, the way were always trying to adapt the experience and avoid walking blindly down a set path.

That's pretty obvious.

No doubt that they've even come here from time to time.

 

Imagine being a dev at Rockstar, or even on worked on GTA V, and then coming here to see all the negative feedback since the game's release, and not to mention the PC topic.

What would your reaction be?

Someone asking for money for a product version Rockstar hasn't even acknowledged yet is no biggie, I suppose!

What is all that January 5 rubbish everyone is mumbling about?

 

January 6 is when Winter Break is over. At least in America. I'm not sure about the rest of the world.

So people are expecting an announcement then. Like they have been for the past 3 months :sigh:

 

Our holidays ended on the 2nd (meaning that everyone at school was still drunk or high). We had it stopped a freaking day after new year!

^This looks like an ordinary PC screen that was rendered at a high resolution and then downscaled to a smaller resolution (downsampled).

Jesus, what kind of games do you play. That is soooooo obviously pre-rendered.

Because it looks like a PC game to me.

 

Bro, do you see any bumpmaps on the characters? Honestly, this looks like a killstreak montage setup in Cinema4D or Maya.

 

Forgot to mention, another thing that screams as pre-rendered in this screen are the non existant animations, you can't 1 hand in this game, and the clerk doesn't raises his hands like this.

 

Of all possible PC screens seen in this thread, this isn't one of them.

They want to sale as many copies of GTA V as possible.

If they had announced the game for PC then nobody would buy a "beta" version of the game.

Christmas is already behind us, so I would say most console copies of GTA V expected to be sold have already been, so time for next gen/PC now.
