SCRIPT:

The single way to have snow al the time is to modify tunables.json. You don't need a modded console for doing it.

 

But i haven't tried yet...

It works...I have had it snowing for 2-3 days...there should be little risk as long as you don't blab about it...the people who are being banned from tunables.json are the ones throwing millions of $ at players in public lobbies...otherwise it's unlikely they will ever know

I think the only possible way to get NY in singleplayer would be by editing the game files in order to make it spawn...

 

However it will be a long way until we can gain full access to them when they release it in PC!

This is probably a mile off.. but there is a massive buffalo in Jamestown, North Dakota that might be based on the beaver in North Yankton. Looky looky here:
