So if I understand correctly, entering NY in online gives you a different version of it with more things in it, thus indicating that there will likely be a NY DLC?

It's the same thing. The only difference is that you can take photos in it and drive around North Yankton in an Adder.

I'm sure we'll know eventually.

 

It could also be too risky to release it now because we'll be getting new patches soon so it's better to keep a low profile.

So...looks like we will miss out on SP DLC as NY is not in San Andreas. =(

 

Maybe for MP or if they release a DLC afterwards.
