If it's support related that's normally why most PM's aren't responded to. This is the best section to ask for help or receive help if it's technical or forum-related such as account, etc.

I got lots of PMs and to be honest sometimes I do just forget all about them if I don't reply straight away. It's better if you just post here if you don't get a reply within a day.
