Not exactly sure where this would be posted to, but does anyone know how long it takes Rockstar support to actually respond to a ticket? I've been waiting a while, it's almost instantly you get the email saying it's been open and being reviewed.. but how long until you actually get your answer? It's really starting to annoy me.

I don't think there's a real answer; considering the amount of people asking questions about problems with their games and how many people there are answering them - there's no real estimate.

Also like Tank asked; on what game you need support for; you can go and ask in the respected forums, in the Troubleshooting section:

It takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Perhaps we might be able to help you out?

Thanks guys, but you can't My friend was on my ps3 on gta and added dsn sh*ts to it, so Befre he could mess up my gta character I changed my pass and filled out a ticket to R* explaining the situation so I've been keeping off my ps3 hoping they see the ticket before bannin me from gta online.

It's not possible to tell when Rockstar will respond to your request as it differs from user to user, case to case, etc. The last time I contacted the Rockstar Support, I've got an answer within two days. But that was back in September.
