i now know who it was, and their own ps3 has no access to disk based games, so unless they have a digital copy of gta, then im the one to blame for "cheating"

i wouldnt even need to use a dns server, there were enough people in auto aim lobbies giving away billions that i accidentally gained like 500million just from joining a friend

Rockstar servers would never have your PSN passwords on their servers. My money is on Sony and the piss poor live service they offer. they have quite a bit of previous experience in sharing account details and credit card info around the globe but remember its free so can't complain too much cause you save yourself £35 a year over those Xbox users.

i had a friends account sign on yesterday and he doesnt even own a PS3 anymore..When he went to sign into the PSN site he got the same error message as the OP...Maybe DerpTrolling hit a few people's account IDK

Sounds to me like if they reset your password by having an email sent to your email address, then they'd need access to your email. You should probably think about changing your password, even getting a new email account and bond that to your PSN instead. Also it may be you drew notice from someone on this forum or in game that decided to hack you for whatever reason, don't supposed you've pissed off any hackers lately? Good luck with this anyway, Sony should be able to sort this out and get you your account back.

Also, how many digits long is your password? Don't answer that of course, but if it's not long enough then even random letters and numbers can still be guessed by the right software (or so I'm told). If you're really going to keep all your passwords in a book (not a good idea, someone may have even gotten your password that way, got any friends you don't trust?) then you might as well make them as complicated and long as possible.
