Who do this concept?

I decided to make this concept because although Money Over Bullsh*t created a concept about Jermaine Andrews, I do not believe it justified Jermaine's true character or the hood life. Also, there was a shambles of a concept about Jermaine at http://gtaforums.com...-boyz-n-broker/ , the majority of which was plagiarised, although the bare ideas were good. In this thread, I hope to extract the good parts of that thread, and provide my own angle on Jermaine Andrews. If you feel that something is plagiarised or just want to comment on anything at all, you are more than welcome to do so.

Hood Property Theme Song

Liberty City, 2008: a city that has been described as ''a booming metropolis'' and ''the capital of the world'', a city where ''you get sworn at by a senior citizen, accosted by a crackhead, propositioned by a prostitute, and strip-searched by a police officer, all before breakfast''. A city that has been melting pot of cultures since the influx of by Eastern Europeans, Hispanics and Asians. The stereotypical street huslter seems lost in a 1990s limbo.

Meet Jermaine Andrews, a gangbanger in an era where the age of gang-banging has long since past. Jermaine is the leader of the M.O.B (Money Over Bullsh*t), a street gang who operate out of Firefly Projects and American Native Engines on Gibston Street. A highly influential gang in Broker in Jermaine's teen years, the M.O.B have come under increased LCPD scrutiny and lenders have started to recall debts. These factors have put Jermaine and the M.O.B under increased pressure to survive in an ever-changing Liberty City underworld.

The Lost and Damned gave you that nitty, gritty biker feel. The Ballad of Gay Tony offered you the over the top, nightlife extravagance. Now, in Hood Property, the third and final DLC for GTA IV, we are asking you to take one last delve into Liberty City through the eyes of street hustler Jermaine Andrews.

HD1KoO1.png

The game will consist of about 35 missions and will run concurrently with the stories of GTA IV, The Lost and Damned, and The Ballad of Gay Tony, occasionally intersecting with aspects of their stories (and answering many unanswered questions). Liberty City and Alderney will be as they are in Episodes from Liberty City, including Maisonette 9, Bahama Mamas, the Angels of Death Clubhouse and the Lost MC Clubhouse. The game will make use of The Ballad of Gay Tony's mission replay system as well as utilising enough new radio stations, television stations and interactive in-game internet features to breathe life back into Liberty City.
The game will be available shortly for download on Xbox Live, Playstation Network and Games For Windows Live . It will also be available in disc form from all good retailers.

MAJOR CHARACTERS
Bp69p.jpgJermaine Andrews

Date of Birth: 1975 (33 years old)
Nationality: African American
Home: Mohawk Avenue, Rotterdam Hill (visual)
Vehicle: Blue Buffalo
GTA IV/EFLC Appearances: Easy Fare
Jermaine Andrews, the protagonist of Hood Property, is a lifelong resident of South Broker. The only family that Jermaine knew growing up were his half brother Tyrell, and a mother who at some point in Jermaine's young life became addicted to crack cocaine. This addiction led to her death during Jermaine's teenage years. Jermaine's father was a member of the original M.O.B who was killed while Jermaine's mother was pregnant with him.
The only father figures Jermaine had in his life were old friends of his father's from the M.O.B most notably Laurence 'Big L' Washington. They took Jermaine under their wing from an early age and showed him the ropes. At first, Jermaine's criminal activities involved stealing auto parts but as he got older he began to do more dangerous activites such as drug dealing. However, a police crackdown in the 1990s led to the death or incarceration of many older members of the M.O.B, leaving Jermaine to take over the gang from a young age.
It was not until the age of 22 that Jermaine got his first conviction for Grand Theft Auto. He had two latter convictions, one in 1998 for Hijacking and the other in 2004 for the possession of stolen property. He served two years in Alderney State Penitentiary for the latter.
Jermaine is a street smart character having grown up in the slums of Firelfy Projects. He finds it difficult to trust anyone he does not know well, although he places a lot of trust in those who are close to them them. He does not understand disloyalty.
The game begins in 2008 during Easy Fare. Jermaine laid low after his release from prison in 2006, and moved out of Firefly Projects to Rotterdam Hill. However, due to his tight financial state and few legitimate job opportunites, Jermaine is forced to return to the life of crime in order to make a living.
He also owns parking garages on Masterson Street.
8340092d-d87b-40db-84fd-97328c55bc3b_zpsTyrell Andrews

Date of Birth: 1975 (33 years old)
Nationality: African American
Home: Mohawk Avenue, Rotterdam Hill, South Broker
Tyrell is the younger half brother of Jermaine, having grown up with him on the streets of Broker. He was introduced to the life of crime by his older brother from an earlier age. Due to his lack of a formal education, Tyrell is not very bright and will often put both himself and other in danger by blindly trusting anyone that offers him money. However, what Tyrell lacks in general intelligence, he makes up for in fighting ability and knowledge of vehicles. He works as a mechanic at American Native Engines on Gibson Street. Tyrell prefers to be more flashy than Jermaine probably due to his younger age. He will do free auto repairs and car customisations for the player at American Native Engines.
mQyBI.pngDave 'Stiff' Johnson

Date of Birth: 1978 (30 years old)
Nationality: African American
Home: Firefly Projects, South Broker
Vehicle: Custom Patriot
GTA IV/EFLC Appearances: Buyer's Market
Stiff is a member of the M.O.B who is involved with the Liberty City narcotics scene. Stiff moved to Broker from Carcer City during his teenage years and went to high school with Jermaine until the pair were expelled for selling crack in the school yard to other students. Stiff comes across as a smartly dressed, flamboyant character. He is known on the streets for his crack addiction and has a reputation for living fast and dangerous, seeing only as far as his next adrenaline rush. He is deeply loyal to Jermaine and to the M.O.B in general, embracing all aspects of the gangster life. Stiff runs a crack house from his apartment in Firefly Projects, and like Jermaine has come under increased surveillance of late. According to the LCPD database, he has been convicted before: in 1996 for the possession of cocaine and in 1999 for manslaughter. Stiff can be called to do turf wars.
16713th.jpgShaniqua Wells

Date of Birth: 1978 (30 years old)
Nationality: Caribbean/ African American
Home: Firefly Projects, South Broker
GTA IV/EFLC Appearances: Shifting Weight
Shaniqua is the ex girlfriend of Jermaine. She attended high school with Jermaine and Stiff, until they were expelled and apparently Shaniqua was Jermaine's 'first'. Although he is no longer in a relationship with Shaniqua, Jermaine feels the need to protect Shaniqua. She has a heavy cocaine addiction and finances her addiction for this through her job as a prostitute. Jermaine often has to rescue Shaniqua from clients or pimps.
papi_zpsab90b506.jpgDominic 'Papi' Mendez

Date of Birth: 1979 (29 years old)
Nationality: Dominican
Home: Northern Gardens, Bohan
Vehicle: Custom Huntley Sport
GTA IV/EFLC Appearances: Corner Kids
Papi is a drug dealer and associate of the M.O.B who operates out of the towers in Northern Gardens. He knows Jermaine from the time they spent as cellmates at Alderney State Correctional. Papi is extremely paranoid as, like the M.O.B, he has come under increased police surveillance of late. Papi talks big and has little time for amateurs. Saying this however, he is not the best judge of who is an amateur and who isn't. In fact, he will do business with anyone who can stroke his greed, and this can often be his downfall. Papi will begin out rather small time, although he has big ambitions to move up the food chain. Papi also has a son named Josh who lives with his mother in Dukes.
o29GtP2.jpgCurtis 'Fat Pack' Tillman

Date of Birth: 1977 (31 years old)
Nationality: African American
Home: Firefly Projects, South Broker
Fat Pack is a good friend of Jermaine's who has built up quite a reputation around south Broker for being a quick with a blade and even quicker with a gun type of guy. He has seen a lot more on the streets than a man of his age should see. He is fiercely loyal to Andrews, once taking the fall for a murder he committed in the 90s, seeing it as repayment to Jermaine for helping him overcome a heroin addiction years earlier. One call to Fat Pack can have two armed thugs sent out to assist you with any difficult task. He can also be called to avail of a mobile armoury from which discount weapons can be bought.
Z6iCd.pngCésar Consoladoza

Date of Birth: 1955 (53 years old)
Nationality: Colombian
Home: Bohan
GTA IV/EFLC Appearances: Shifting Weight
César Consoladoza is a Colombian native who immigrated to the United States in 1980. He first lived in Vice City, before moving to Liberty City in 1998. Consoladoza run a stable of prostitutes in Liberty City, operating his prostitution ring from the Pillow's Club. This ring is made up of South American illegal immigrants, US national runaways and drug addicts, such as Shaniqua Wells. He also owns the After Dark Sex and Fetish Shop on Drill Street in Bohan. From an early age, he had been involved in criminal activity, working for the 'hit squads' in Colombia. It is believed that he first started pimping on the streets of Bogotá at the age of 12. He has connections to Elizabeta Torres through human and drug trafficking, as well to Colombian gangs in Vice City. Edited by Benjamin Bob

Turf Wars
Similar to GTA: San Andreas, Turf Wars are a feature of Hood Property that become available after completion of Happy Hour. Jermaine will be accompanied by Stiff, Fat Pack and Tyrell. on turf war. Turf Wars can be activated by calling Stiff. After calling him, you will have to walk into an icon on the map to trigger a turf war. Generally, an area with a darker shade of a gang color means a greater presence of that gang in that area. The difficulty of a turf war can also vary depending on the amount of opponents and how many of there are: the bigger the territory the enemy controls, the more powerful and numerous they will be. In addition you may walk into unclaimed territory and fight surrounding gangs for it. LCPD may also arrive at the scene of a turf war. When Jermaine takes over a territory, the neighbourhood will become safer for him to travel around in, since enemy gang members will no longer control the area. You will also earn money each time you complete a turf war. To begin out with, the M.O.B will only control Firefly Projects and you can only take over surrounding neighbourhoods. A map of the various neighbourhoods and who controls them can be found here.

New television content in Hood Property includes the following:

America's Next Top Hooker
kj0pWKW.png
The hit CNT competitive reality show is back as USA's up and coming hookers battle it out for a contract with Keith Martson's famous prostitution ring Toyboy Incorporated, $20,000 worth of sex toys as well as the chance to make a porno with multi millionaire baseball player Duane Aller. Once again, the show will be hosted by Lazlow Jones and the judge's panel will include past-her-prime porn star Candy Suxx, randy British music mogul Hugh Harrison and horny pop singer Samantha Muldoon. Coming to you from the Vinewood Bowl in Los Santos, the climax this year's show will be hotly contested by the bookies' favourite Lola 'Lollipop Girl' Del Rio, 'Bootylicous' Shanda Jackson and Dana 'Hot Lips' Holden. A special feature for this year's final will not only be performing a sex act of the finalist's choice on Hugh Harrison but also on last year's winner Crystal 'Cream Pie' Pine. Expect raging hormones, massive orgasms and fiery bitch fights as this year's finalists go pussy to pussy to claim the coveted prize.

David Kleinman: Magic!
GUYWOPK.jpg
A reality show featuring a magician who walks through the streets of Algonquin performing tricks on pedestrians. Stunts performed by 'The Incredible Kleinman' include card tricks and vanishing tricks (e.g. of Kleinman's pants), although it is obvious that Kleinman cannot really perform magic and that his real aim is to get take advantage of hot female pedestrians or his assistant Laurel. He will often be seen ignoring male pedestrians or ugly females so he can perform 'tricks' on hot females. Most people see through Klelinman's ploys bar African American females who often go almost go hysterical at Kleinman's skills. During the show also, Kleinman claims to have fasted for 100 consecutive days while strapped naked to the Gant Bridge in San Fierro (although this is hardly possible) and that he can drink kerosene.

When could this "IV dlc concept" wave end?

Be creative, everybody needs a break, out of Liberty City. At least work on Chicago or Carcer.

Don't want to go off-topic, but VC really needed an official dlc. That fun and lovely city could have more things to offer. They could, for example, add 5-6 heists to have heists as something necessary to unlock final mission, like assets.

I don't understand why there are such hostile manners towards IV DLCs. I really enjoy IV DLCs, even now. I think it's good to see different sides of Liberty City (Liberty is such a melting pot, y'know).Concepts thread ONCE came to the top thanks to IV DLCs. Remember MOB's The Code Of The Streets, Akaviri's The Blood And A Four Leaf Clover, LuisBellic's The King Of The City... they're all perfect pieces of work. I think no matter what the time is, it will be good to see IV DLCs. This IV DLC ignorance/hostilitly has reached a level of the one of III Era concepts, which can be effective (the most extended GTA Era, in terms of story and crossovers) if it's mined good. I see this potential of III Era and I will try to mine it as professionally as I can do. I went out of the topic a but guys, please give both III and IV DLCs a break.

Dude, your concept seems promising but needs more work for sure. Also why don't you turn Oswaldo Consoladoza into Oswaldo Quirago (when I first saw him and read his info, he reminded me of Oswaldo Quirago, a wide-extended Peruvian pimp who was featured in LCPD Database)? I guess Oswaldo was Jermaine's old lady's companion during "Shifting Weight" but info isn't not written there.

Mission Name: The Dominican Connection

Mission Giver: N/A

The game will begin with a black screen, and we hear a familiar agitated voice (Roman's) speaking with our protagonist Jermaine over the phone. Jermaine will ask for a taxi to be sent round to which Roman will reply that he can send his cousin. Jermaine will then ask if his cousin is a cop and Roman will retort that no his cousin is not a cop.

The theme tune will then start to play as we see Niko flying out of an alley on Masterson Street and through the streets of Broker away from pursuing LCPD cruisers. Jermaine who is seated in the passenger seat, will yell to Niko to lose the cops. When they pass a crossroads, Johnny and other members of the Lost MC, (who are going an adjacent direction) will be forced to come to a halt to prevent being knocked down. As the theme tune comes to its chorus, the camera will pan to the sky, and the screen will slowly fade, revealing the game's logo against a black background.

The theme tune will stop playing as Niko drops Jermaine off at the Pay 'n Spray on Gibson Street. Jermaine will thank Niko and tell him to keep looking after Roman. He will proceed to walk into the Pay 'n Spray, where Tyrell will be working under a vehicle, while Stiff will be crouched against a wall. Mitch, an employee at the Pay 'n Spray, will also be working at a table. Stiff will approach Jermaine and ask if he picked up the auto parts. Jermaine will reply that he did, but not without a good old fashion LCPD chase. He will then explain that he has a deal going down with two dealers from Northwood. Tyrell will emerge from under the vehicle and greet his older brother, before leaving with the other for the deal.

You will be beckoned to get into Stiff's Patriot, and a marker will appear on the map for the deal in Bohan, at a construction site. During the drive, Jermaine will inquire who these dealers are. Stiff will explain that they are Domincans, that their names are 'Henrique and Amanda or some sh*t'. Tyrell will then joke, asking what kind of a name Amanda is. When you arrive, you will be greeted by Armando and Henrique, who had been there waiting, and who appear nervous. Stiff will ask whether they have the product, and Armando will figetedly take the duffel bag from Henrique and walk towards Stiff with it. However, just as he does so, police sirens will be heard. A&H will flee the scene, blaming each other. Cursing their luck, Jermaine,Tyrell and Stiff will be forced to evade 2-star police.

Once away, Jermaine will suggest that they pick up his car while in Bohan (Tyrell had been repairing it and sent it to Pretty Boy for finishing touches). During their journey, Tyrell will accuse Jermaine of being followed by cops and Jermaine will retort that it would not have happened had Stiff found better dealers. After you retrieve your car, you will be left to drive to your safehouse by yourself. You can then roam about in Free Mode.

Reward: $1,000

4564gtaivtextmessage.png Shortly after, Roman will call, telling you that you can avail of his taxi service whenever necessary.

-The Roman Random Encounter will also be unlocked.

Benjamin Bob
Mission Name: Happy Hour
Mission Giver: Dave 'the Stiff' Johnson

Jermaine will walk into Stiff's flat in Firefly Projects. Stiff, Tyrell, Fat Pack and Shaniqua will be sitting around a coffee table, preparing uncut cocaine for the market. All four will be wearing face masks and will be bare-chest. Stiff will have cracked a joke just before Jermaine walked in and Tyrell and Fat Pack will be laughing at it. Shaniqua will be snorting a line of coke. Tyrell will greet Jermaine and will invite him to join in. Jermaine will decline the invite him to join in and will then apprehend Shaniqua, exclaiming 'sh*t, Shaniqua, what you at?'. Shaniqua will retort that Jermaine doesn't care whether she takes drugs, the only thing he's interested in is looking at Shaniqua's 'boobies'. Stiff and Fat Pack will then start to pack the coke into bags. They will then take off their face masks and Stiff will ask Jermaine to come with him distributing the coke to 'potential customers' (with the aim of encouraging them to re-purchase). Jermaine will be reluctant at first but will eventually agree to do so. Jermaine, Stiff, Tyrell and Fat Pack will then leave the flat, leaving Shaniqua by herself.

You will regain control of Jermaine outside the projects. Stiff will tell you to drive because he is too 'f*cked up' to do so. Three green markers, will appear on the map indicating where the three 'potential customers' are. While driving to the first 'customer', Jermaine will ask where Stiff sourced the coke and Stiff will explain in his inebriated state that he got it from his connections in Cacer. The first potential customer will be a familiar character from Vanilla GTA (i.e.Brian Meech) , who can be found on Iroquois Avenue. When you pull up, Stiff will get out, exchange a couple of words with Brian and hand him the package. The second will be a homeless man on Crockett Avenue. Again, Stiff will get out, exchange a couple of words with and hand him the package.

The third and final customer will be found on Earp Street. Again, Stiff will get out and hand out the coke. However, this time, it will not go as planned. This time, the customer will pull a combat pistol on Stiff and accuse him of 'walking on Jamaican turf'. Stiff will get cover behind your vehicle and you will be engaged in a shoot out on the street with Jamaicans emerging from vehicles. Enemies will spawn from all around so it would be wise to get suitable cover. Also, if the car is destroyed or if Jamaicans drive off with it, you will fail the mission. Police will arrive on the the scene after the enemies have cleared and you will be tasked with evading two star LCPD cruisers yet again.

After, Fat Pack will tell you to drop them off at the cage fighting club in Broker because he has a big wager on a fight going down. With the adrenaline still pumping after the ordeal, he will joke that Stiff is almost as bad as Tyrell for getting them into sh*t and that they need to get into more turf wars. Stiff will state that they will need a buyer for the product before it's nicked by someone, and Jermaine will reply that he might have someone who will buy it from them.

Reward: $500

4564gtaivtextmessage.png Jermaine will call Papi, his old prison friend, asking him if he knows a buyer for the cocaine. Papi will reply that he knows someone and to meet him outside the courthouse in Broker.

- The turf wars side mission will be unlocked.

-Cage Fighting will also be unlocked.

Mission Name: Damsel in Distress

Mission Giver: Shaniqua Wells

Jermaine will get an urgent phone call from Shaniqua. She will be freaking out over the phone and she will ask Jermaine to come to the After Dark Sex and Fetish Shop on Drill Street in Bohan. You will need a car for this mission. When Jermaine arrives, Shaniqua will call him into the basement of the shop where the naked bodies of an Asian woman and a man who is trussed up in a straight jacket and diaper (who we recognise as Dave Bosoy) will be lying flat on the ground, with blood everywhere. Panthing, Shaniqua will hold the body of the woman and explain that César had been making a porno of them when he started to have a disagreement with Dave about how it should be done. He then started yelling something about that they were probably ratting César out to the LCPD about the human trafficking through the Platypus, picked up a whip used for the porno and started beating the pair to death with it. He then left in a rage.

Noticing that Shaniqua is covered in the blood of the woman, Jermaine decided that it is best they get rid of the bodies rather than be accused of their murder. He'll tell Shaniqua to change her clothes, get cleaned up and that they will have to dump the bodies. You will regain control of Jermaine and be told to drive your car around the back of the porn shop. Then, you will have to go in pick up the bodies, and drop them into the car's booth, before driving to Charge Island where you won't be seen to dump the bodies in the Humboldt River. You will fail if you attract police attention during the mission, or if the bodies fall out of the boot. However, this will not be as easy as it seems: two drunk Serbs will come flying through one junction in a black Esperanto, crash into them and the bodies will fall out. When you turn another corner, two workers will be crossing the road carrying slabs into a building. Beside them LCPD officers will be arresting two drunkards fighting outside the Steinway Beer Gardens. Hit into the slab or the workers and you will attract heat.

When you arrive at Charge Island, your job will be to fling the bodies into the river. After, Shaniqua (who has recovered somewhat from the situation) will say Jermaine is 'like her knight in shining armour'. She will ask you to drop her back to her place and will ask Jermaine to call in for 'coffee' like the old days when you arrive at her place. You then have the choice to say either yes or no.

Reward: $0

4564gtaivtextmessage.pngCésar will call, saying he was impressed with how Jermaine cleaned up after his dirty work and tell him he might have a few 'chores' for him in future.

- Shaniqua booty calls will be unlocked.

I enjoyed your missions. Liked Niko & Roman's cameo in the previous mission. Although you're going to have to do a lot to top M.O.B's take on Jermaine, keep at it. This is a good concept with a so-far well executed story that feels like GTAIV, but bring something new to the table. Press on with side missions, new features and a soundtrack if you really want to make a statement.

MythicalCreature

This thread is great, i think the only reason you're not getting feedback is because of the naming. Hood property has been used once (misspelled, though) so people glance at it and probably think that it was the same thread from before so they probably don't bother. Just my theory, otherwise well done so far.

Benjamin Bob

Mission Name: Angel Delight

Mission Giver: Papi

Papi will be working the corners outside the courthouse in Broker. Jermaine will tell Papi not to look now but the 5-O are watching from a cop car down the side street. Realising this Papi will exclaim 'sh*t, the shades!', and will reminisce how it's like when the pair were in Alderney State together and constantly being monitored. Jermaine will then get down to business, asking if Papi has found a buyer for the coke . Papi will reply that he has, the Angels of Death, a motorcycle gang from North Holland. He wil explain that they are to meet them at their safehouse, and that allying themselves with the AOD could provide them with a valuable opportunity to expand into the lucrative Uptown Algonquin market. Jermaine will reply that he's all up for expansion.

Back in control, you will find yourself seated in the driver's seat of Jermaine's Buffalo, with Papi in the passenger seat. You will be instructed to drive to the M.O.B's lockup on Masterson Street to pick up the duffel bag of coke. After, Jermaine will call Stiff, explaining that he has found a buyer for the coke and Stiff will tell Jermaine to pick him, Tyrell and Fat Pack up at The Triangle Club in Bohan. From there, drive to the AOD Clubhouse in North Holland.

When you arrive, Jermaine will tell Tyrell to stay int he vehicle on lookout, because he needs Papi, Stiff and Fat Pack. Tyrell will complain about this but will inevitably agree. After you get out, a cutscene will begin where a biker, accompanied by two others, walks out of the clubhouse to welcome Jermaine and his homies in. The biker will welcome you in to the bar area of the clubhouse and offer you a drink, sweet talking you all the way. Jermaine will decline, explaining that he'd prefer to get down to business. Asking to sample the product first, Stiff will hand the bag to the biker who will take it over to the bar where some of his associates are seated and open it up. The biker will then turn around, announce that the coke doesn't appear up to standards (despite it being perfect) and that they will have to keep it a 'reduced rate'. Fat Pack will be angered by this, call the biker a 'stupid redneck f*ck' and pop a cap in one of the associates faces. The main biker will retaliate by giving Fat Pack one in the leg. Jermaine will then take cover as a big shoot out will pursue, yelling 'sh*t man, we need to bounce!'.

Your aim now will be to escape out through the upstairs of the clubhouse, while at the same time not having any of your homies killed. The AOD will be fairly powerful as they will be wielding sawn-off shotguns and micro SMGs, all the while making racial slurs towards the M.O.B. Once you reach the upstairs, you will have to jump out the window and escape in the Buffalo. Five bikers will pursue you so getting away won't be easy either. All the while, the AOD will be making racist slurs to Jermaine and his homies. Once you escape the ambush (leaving the AOD with both coke and cash), take your homies back to the Heights, so Fat Pack's leg can be healed. Tyrell will propose that they take him to a hospital but Jermaine will object saying all that will do is attract unwanted attention. Jermaine will inquire as to why Tyrell didn't intervene, leading Papi to eventually tell him to lay off. Fat Pack will exclaim that they need to get revenge on the AOD. Jermaine will ensure that the time will come, they just to bide their time.

Just an assumption, i mean, he did join 3 weeks ago, and the amount of ' ;) 's he used in the post where he mentioned he was somebody close to him made me smell some fish... Maybe he is, or maybe he's not. I don't really know.

Anyway, on topic. Your missions are pretty good. Keep it up.

Solid mission Ben Bob. At first I was skeptical about you including the AOD. Aren't they severely racist? But it works. They invite Jermaine and the boys inside and try have the piss out of them.

It's well described (the links add a lot to bringing me back to GTAIV) and develops the scene you set in Happy Hour. I wonder if the coke they lose ends up in the hands of a certain Balkan hitman? Also, I like the fact there's no reward (again) - if I were playing this game it would give me that extra incentive to go off cage fighting.

More soon, yeah?

Mission Name: Truck You!

Mission Giver: Tyrell Andrews

Jermaine will walk into American Native Engines to find his brother Tyrell discussing business with a professionally dressed businessman. Tyrell will introduce him to Jermaine as Stevie, a customer they sell parts to who runs a chop shop in Bohan. Stevie will then address Jermaine, explaining that he has a job for him, although it does not involve purchasing parts. He understands that there is bad blood at present between the M.O.B and the Angels of Death in North Holland. As it turns out, there is a big market for the AOD's bikes in Japan and he wants the bikes for himself. He recently had an associate of his steal a truck load of the gang's bikes for him and drop and now he wants Jermaine to deliver the truck to Stevie. Stevie would do the job himself, but the AOD are customers of his and anyway he wants to keep his nose clean, and will pay well. At first, Jermaine will be reluctant, but then he will agree because it will provide him with some extra cash and the an opportunity to rip off the AOD after their previous encounter.

Pick up Tyrell and drive to the alleyway in Alderney marked on the map (the same alley as for Liberty City Choppers in The Lost and Damned). On the journey, Tyrell will reminisce about how they got into all sorts of sh*t when the pair was young. Joking, Jermaine will allude to one time when Tyrell was beginning out in the scene, he tried selling to an actual cop and the pair had to run almost three blocks to get away.

Once you arrive at the marker, collect the truck full of bikes and take them to Stevie's garage in Bohan. This is not as easy as it seems however. When you arrive, a biker who will introduce himself as Lester Arnold will arrive on the scene and confront Jermaine and Tyrell. He wil be very racist towards the pair, stating that 'slaves should not be taking the piss out of the Aryan race but rather accepting what they can get from them'. Neiher Tyrell nor Jermaine will take this lightly, sparking yet another shootout between the M.O.B and the AOD.

Take out the enemies at the scene before taking the truck to Bohan. AOD bikers will notice the truck as you pass in to Algonquin and you will have to have fight them. Some of them will even be in the back of a custom AOD Slamvan throwing splinters and firing at you. Damage the bikes or the truck at all and the mission will be failed. Once the hoards of enemies have been eliminated, take the truck to the desired location where Stevie will be waiting. Stevie will thank Jermaine and Tyrell for a job well done and will say that he might have more job opportunities in the future. Jermaine will reply that he's up for, just as long as he isn't near to getting his head blown off.

Reward: $1000

Nice follow up to Angel Delight. What I'm liking about your missions is they involve the events of TLAD more and are taking place outside the confines of Broker which I wasn't expecting - let's see more of that. Keep it up. :^:

Mission Name: Grand Theft Auto

Mission Giver: Tyrell Andrews

Jermaine will enter the Pay 'n Spray to find Tyrell with his feet up listening to Rythm 96.8 in the office. Jermiane will usher his brother up, who will complain that he's waitng for Stevie to call about a job. The man in question will then walk into the garage and Tyrell will come out to enthusiastically greet him, Stevie not sharing his enthusiasm. Getting straight down to business, Stevie will turn to Jermaine and explain the job he wants done now is a little more what Jermaine is used to. He is putting together a Banshee racing car with an associate from BOABO and he needs parts to assemble it. He had already discusses with Tyrell what parts he wants. Stevie will scurry off to make a phone call, the businessman that he is. After Stevie leaves, Jermaine will question Tyrell about where they'll find the parts and Tyrell will claim that he knows exactly where to get them.

Tyrell will tell you that the first car is a blue Zion at Francis International Airport that belongs to one of the air traffic controllers. Breaking into the car will cause you a two-star wanted level, as many airport police will be around. Tyrell will help by providing some support fire with an SMG. Try your best to keep the car safe and escape the wanted radius. After dropping the car off at Stevie's garage, Tyrell will inform you about the next car Stevie wants.

The second vehicle will be an orange Bison should be driving around Dukes. The the driver and the passenger will both be Jamaicans, so they will defend the Bison with Micro SMGs at the first sign of trouble. The best thing to do would be not to get too close and to try to knock the car of the road, then taking out the gangsters. Take the Bison back to Stevie's garage in Bohan.

The final car will be a red Carbonizzare owned by a Lupisella mobster outside Alazone's Italian Food in Hove Beach. It's owner, a Lupisella mafioso, will be getting a take away from the place with his buddies when you rob the Carbonizzare and they will be retaliate by firing bullets at you as you flee with the vehicle. Once again, drop the vehicle off at Stevie's garage in Bohan. This time, Stevie will be present when you drop the vehicle off. He will thank you for a job well done and state that he will supply with a car if in need at any time.

Mission Name: Silent Solicitation

Mission Giver: César Consoladoza

Jermaine will walk into the Pillow's Club in Huntington Street, Cerveza Heights, to find Stiff taking in a line of coke at one of the tables. He will be with various girls, one of them a dark haired olive skinned female who catches Jermaine's eye. He does all the usual checks, his appearance, his breath, but stops when Stiff notices him. There he is, my man Jermaine!” Stiff shouts. He then beckons Jermaine over, offers him a seat and introduces him to the ladies. Jermaine will start to get comfortable with this dark haired female, exchanging numbers and the sort, and Kay will offer Jermaine a private dance.

On a way to the backroom, however, Jermaine will bump into César who will greet Jermaine enthusiastically, with Jermaine not sharing his enthusiasm. Casting Kay aside, César will tell Jermaine that he is just the man he is looking for because he has a little errand to attend to. Jermaine will grunt that he is kind of in the middle of something and César will retort that it is in the best interests that he does the job, both for himself and Shaniqua, who he says will be taking to the poles next. Also, there will be a monetary reward and César knows Jermaine is a little hard on cash of late and hey, he figures maybe it will be good for the community to get a pimp off the streets. César's problem is with a pimp in East Island City who thinks it's smart to sell to his clients. He wants you to 'silence' the pimp because basically César has better things to be doing himself. Reluctantly, Jermaine will agree to carry out the hit. César will hand you a silencer, saying that it might come in handy.

Regaining control of Jermaine outside the club, a marker will appear for an apartment complex in East Island City. When you arrive, the hit will be surprisingly easy as there will be no problem getting up to the pimp's flat and taking him out. In fact, he will be passed out on a mattress when you arrive, with needles on the ground beside him. Use the silencer to kill him or you will attract police attention.

Reward: $1300

- Kay can now be taken out as a girlfriend or else used for booty calls.

Mission Name:

Mission Giver: Fat Pack

Jermaine will get a call from Fat Pack, inquiring whether Jermaine has seen Tyrell lately. Jermaine will reply that he hasn't and ask what the problem is, with Fat Pack not giving an answer just asking him to collect him ( a four door vehicle is compulsory). You will now be instructed to pick Fat Pack up who will be waiting anxiously outside the Projects. After climbing into your vehicle with his limp (that he picked up from his previous ordeal), Fat Pack will explain to Jermaine that Tyrell hasn't been seen since he went to Bohan to do a deal with some fiends that call themselves the Vice Squad. Apparently, Tyrell hadn't told anyone about the deal bar Fat Pack. He will tell you that the deal was meant to go down in a Sprunk warehouse in Chase Point, (the same warehouse as in Escuela of the Streets).

On the way to the warehouse, Jermaine will explain that it was idiototic of Tyrell to be dealing with the Vice Squad. Their leader 'Prince' Dante Wilson 'ain't nothin but a bitch-ass weasel, thinkin' he's wavy with his bling'. Jermaine has beef with Prince dating back to the 1990s when Prince, only a boy at the time, provided witness evidence that saw Jermaine's mentor Laurence 'Big L' Washington go down for life. The only thing that stopped Jermaine ripping the little sh*t to pieces was the fact he was heavily protected by police and also he was only a boy. Now Prince has his own crew after buying some turf in North Holland from the North Holland Hustlers and thinks he's the real deal. Fat Pack will add that he'd love to kill hisself' some Vice Squad ass.

When you arrive at the warehouse, you will be greeted by a massacre of dead bodies, with Tyrell lying against a wall in the corner, blood coming from his mouth, but this alive. Jermaine will rush over to his brother and ask him if he is alright, with Tyrell replying (albeit in his beaten up state) 'Prince, he sold us out'. Jermaine will tell Fat Pack that he'll need to be taken care of. However, once loaded into the vehicle,a couple of Vice Squad convoys will arrive on the scene, Jermaine realising that they must have been followed. Fat Pack will then yell to Jermaine that he'll take care of the Vice Squad and to get Tyrell back to a hospital. Your aim now is to get Tyrell to the hospital in Bohan while fighting off two Vice Squad convoys, all within a time limit so Tyrell doesn't die. Once you get there, Jermaine will be shown carrying his brother to a nurse, who then takes care of him.

Reward: $200

4564gtaivtextmessage.png Jermaine will make multiple phone calls to Fat Pack's phone but to no avail, indicating that he had been killed in the shootout with the Vice Squad.

- From now on, the supply of weapons from Fat Pack will be cut off, although Stiff will take over the muscle side of the gang.
