It is kind of where you sniped those cubans from that roof, on that mission for miss cleo or whatever. Sorry about the horrible explanation. But i know there are four. Also, besides the crazy cone mission, there is one dirt track out near hyman stadium, at the end of some dirt road. There is a sanchez, and a landstalker. You do both. There is no time limit, and you must complete the course. The next time you do it if you beat your previous time, then you get money. Beware when you do the sanchez one, haitians come after you on black sanchez, very cool. Aside from that there is pcj playground.
