Also in gtagarage it says do not replace any original file never really does that mean it will not work with mods installed without mod loader well I did install this without mod loader can that be the problem ?

Yes, usually already modded directories have higher possibilities to not work with mods inside Modloader once installed. The best you can do is to use a backed up directory or a clean copy of your game to first prepare it with the necessary mods like a limit adjuster, CLEO, SilentPatch, etc. After that, you must place your desired mods inside the modloader folder, and of course, that includes the quoted mod you said already have.

oh by the way if i install an asi mod by putting it in the game directory can that cause problems too like if i installed silentpatch or extended gang wars by putting them inside the game directory instead of putting them in modloader

It's recommended to place .asi mods in the game directory rather than inside the Modloader folder.

If a file doesn't replace any vanilla game files it's probably best to put it in the folder it has to go in rather then the modloader folder.

hey can someone help me

 

when I add (not replace) new cars to the game through modloader folders, the cars spawn properly in traffic and don't crash the game, but they have incorrect handling and flags and also cause motorcycle animations to wig out

 

is there some kind of special format for handling.cfg I need to use because currently all I did was add the lines to the very bottom of the handling.cfg

thanks but I followed someone elses tutorial and apparently I did everything correctly because now it all works

 

turns out that my problem had nothing to do with modloader in the first place

 

modloader really is the best thing created for gta

Hey, excuse me if you already know this okay, but i found out that 

You can simply use a note pad file to add vehicle's handling, colours, carmods, and vehicle.ide easily

Excuse me. I'm having a trouble with the log file:

"Failed to open the log file"

This is the second time I'm having this. The first one was with the version 0.3.5 but I just deleted everything and reinstalled all.

It doesn't work again. That's why I require help.

When using added cars I get this error a lot

The game sometimes just doesn't at all recognize the handling, it reads carcols carmods and vehicles but sometimes not the handling. The game works, I remove the added car, and maybe add it again later without changing anything and get this. Sometimes I get it while starting the game, others do not. Car works.

Hey, after playing for some time I get crash that has this line: 

ModLoader doesn't support 2nd run of the game at the same time

Yet I never tried to launch another instance of the game T_T

@LINK/2012 where version 3.8 that you have never released in your mod has been stopped for more than 1 year.

I love this mod. I can't get it to work on 3 & VC and it makes modding largely easier and faster on San Andreas. My only regret is not to have discovered it earlier.

Game crashes if I use modloader (0.3.7) and OLA (1.5.6), this is the error i get with crashdump.asi. Removing one of them solves the problem.
