I was using modloader, everything was FINE ! | But one day it gived me ERROR: "Unknown Game"

 

So I downloaded gta_sa.exe US 1.0 -> but same error again.

I tried to download new modloader, but same error :(

Give more informations, please:

your computer specs, OS,

what game version (how did you install GTA SA)?

do you have other mods installed without the use of modloader?

what *.asi files do you have inside GTA SA root directory?

does the game work if you deactivate modloader?

 

make shure that you load valid savegames, otherwise start new game

 

deactivate all *.asi mods and test if the game works

just rename the *.asi extension into *.osi

 

if game works, then activate modloader.asi and test if it's working with disabled mods

disable mods by removing your mods inside modloader folder

note: following content must stay in modloader folder: .data folder and modloader.ini

all the other content can you move into any backup directory

Does your game require the disc to play? You need a cracked executable, the HOODLUM's one, to be specific. Google it.

Create a a folder with the right sound bank name and place the file inside.

 

I guess you can change it by getting the katana sound and rename it to dildo (what it's named as original) And place it in the folder

I don't know how feasible this is, but I think it'd be really nice to be able to configure the modloader so it will automatically enable/disable certain mods based on whether you're playing singleplayer or multiplayer.

If possible, not every Dildo SFXs. Keep SFX of the Purple Dildo as it is, while Cane's SFX changed into Katana's SFX. Short and Long Vibrator changed into Shovel, and Short Dildo changed into Knife.

It would be cool to have some commands which you have to type in-game to turn off mods. I think we have to remember the name of the mod's folder to turn off.

You can do it by creating different profiles and hook SAMP's exe to that profile. If you want to know, see the Profiles section of the ModLoader guide by Junior_Djjr. <LINK>

Modloader supports GTA United 1.2, but not GTA: Underground, but dll and asi works in modloader? Because it crashes when I have dll & asi and sometimes i have to restart the game, but i have cleo and alot of hd skins up to 20 GB space.

Speaking about key commands to turn on/off mods in-game, will be easier if assign each mod's folder to a specified number (via ini or in-game menu), so then just type that number in-game to toggle the mod correspondingly. And I also suggest new command to set the priority of the mod in-game. For e.g assign the mod RoSAProject to the number 18 so then just type "ML18" in-game and the mod will be toggled; and type "P18 62" to set priority for RoSAProject to 62.

@LINK/2012 my wishlist for next version (0.3.6):

- (Above)

- Add in-game menu support for III & VC.

- Add support for any language, I mean the modloader's language is auto-changed dynamically when I change the game language, like the text "Standard game (default)" (i dont remembered) in New Game of the DYOM.

- RefreshKey seems corrupted (doesn't work anyway), and wrong scale of ON/OFF button, may u fix these two little bug?

- Add feature to set the default priority value for all mods instead of fixed 50. I want this because for example I install some mods that not necessary but are Should-have ones, like Map Tex. Fix, MipMapped Textures... so that in future when I install many other amazing mods that overlap with MapTexFix, MipmaopedTextures... I needn't to config their priority, still remain 50 instead.
