Long time ago I found one file to replace in GTA3.img, it removed the invisible wall or just moved the pickup, I'm not sure. But it could be done without modyfing main.scm :)

Silent, the option mousefix causing bug in my mouse pc, would add an option to disable it on file .ini?

What bug? And why would I have to make every fix a toggle? Some of them don't have side effects.

I always had this problem with mousefix plugins, in use bug occurs, if not game runs regular...

make it possible, otherwise thanks anyway :)

Yea I've seen that said and sorry if I'm being thick but I don't know what you mean by this. There are loads of modded exes out there, but nowhere can I find one with that title. I appreciate that you probably can't post a link, but it would be great to have a better idea what I'm looking for.

 

Is there a file that could generate the appropriate exe using binary differences? That would be legally distruibutable and therefore freely linkable.

I don't know if this was the R*'s intentional feature, but lens flares in PC and xbox/mobile is too weak. I remember playing SA in PS2, the lens flares were much more noticable (somehow they are thicker than pc) I don't know why. Maybe the way how PS2 rendered 'coronastar' texture was different?

I know what you're talking about. It's not the one big sun but those small lens flares in a row:

From what I understand, these sometimes are not visible on AMD and or ATi GPU's.

I'm following GeDoSaTo myself but can't get it to work. It just makes some of my apps (like Windows Defender!?) crash.

I can't imagine why it would cause Windows Defender to crash.

If you use NVidia GPU then you can enable their new 9-series-exclusive DSR feature on older chips.

I'm following GeDoSaTo myself but can't get it to work. It just makes some of my apps (like Windows Defender!?) crash.

But you did supersampling in VCSPC earlier, isn't it the same thing? I recently tried that on PPSSPP, looks good:

If you use NVidia GPU then you can enable their new 9-series-exclusive DSR feature on older chips.

My next GPU upgrade will probably be an nVidia card. I'm currently using an AMD 6970.

But you did supersampling in VCSPC earlier, isn't it the same thing? I recently tried that on PPSSPP, looks good:

I did, but the newest versions do nothing but crash all my applications.

Are using blacklist mode? In blacklist mode, GeDoSaTo will attempt to downsample every app but the ones in the blacklist.

 

I'd suggest using whitelist mode. Then you can just add the games you want to test to the whitelist.

I think they are like this because max damage is usually associated to an explosion..

but I find it would be difficult to make a check for the "detachment reason"

I'm including this fix too and it DOES make detached parts coloured. But why are they still that dark, I don't know.

I believe there is something wrong the carcols code. I mean, first of all, there is a typo on this line

 

77.93,96 # 98 malachite poly blue

 

The RBG value on that one is not separate by a comma, instead of it, we have a dot.

 

Moving on, in-game colour selection show some duplicate colours (two blacks, two whites)

And when I corrected the typo mentioned above, colour selection shows 3 black colours

The bottom right black is just where color #127 is supposed to be (I think the game just repeats the black if it doesn't find valid colors to place there). I added the orange from VC there (181,20,0) since it doesn't exist in SA.

Not a bug really, the game just tries to make the palette have variety. It works properly, just their stock palette doesn't have enough variety in the colours, I guess.
