After some search I found a way to launch the game with SilentPatch and frame limiter disabled without any black screen issues. Just download Improved Fast Loader and disable fade delay in config file.

I was thinking, would it be possible to patch the Coffee Shop glitch in the North Point Mall in the VC version of this mod?

After completing the mission Cop Land, sometimes the destroyed model of the Tarbrush Cafe spawns in the food court (usually near one of the concession stands) and the location of the Tarbrush cafe is restored to normal. I believe that the cafe is meant to return to it's built state at some point, but the destroyed model ends up appearing in the wrong place. I'll get a pic real quick.

 

The original Tarbrush cafe is now untouched, but the damaged model is spawning in an improper location.

 

 

 

 

I have this error with the Vice City neons mod, the damaged model of the Tarbrush Cafe spawns inside other building and the normal one (undamaged) is inside of the North Point Mall:

It would surely be great if someone fixed the replay system but I think especially for San Andreas it is of no hope since they really f*cked it up there. They forgot to add sparks, if you turn up the FPS via programs the replay runs faster (now even faster with the 30 FPS limit) and wheels don't turn. The gear system doesn't work and I can tell you a lot of more that doesn't work in the SA replay system. If you are interested in additional functions, download Dannye's Freeplay. That one fixes some small bugs but only 1% by guess....

I don't think anyone really uses III era replays anymore.

The whole GTAStunting community is based on that replay system since they love the III era games a lot more because the RAGE engine doesn't feature the stunt methods the community is used to like Rads method and latching while grinding.
