I mean, this RGL version had a problem before with the mouse spinning.

I had my Game installed days ago before this problem was fixed, and I had to replace my gta_sa.exe to make it fix the mouse. (I apologise for my bad english :/

Hello! Rockstar surprised everyone by releasing Rockstar Games Launcher earlier this week, and also offered a free copy of San Andreas for everyone who installs it!
Curiously, this seems to be a brand new version, and SilentPatch sadly did not support it - until now!

All three GTA's receive new fixes today, but do note that only San Andreas requires an upgrade in order to work with the Rockstar Games Launcher version.

I recall this being discussed, and the problem is that there is no space for those in the save. In other words, making those saveable would render saves made with SilentPatch incompatible with an "unpatched" game - and this is something I will never do.

There seems to be a cursor issue on the RGL version.When you try to move the mouse inside a vehicle the cursor appears.(With the latest silent patch)

Edit:Nvm it's not happening anymore.

You probably saved with some falfunctioning CLEO mod and it caused havoc? Hard to tell.

Snap, I totally forgot about this due to the RGL rush - I'll look into this today and will post a test build here, since it's faster than me setting up this limit adjuster.

SilentPatch now crashes Ginput and gives up an Unhandled Exception error whenever you press any of the buttons on your controller. Only way I've managed to fix this is by removing all of the SP files, which sucks.

I found a memory leak at 0x4A9D85; 0x4A9D95 (1.0) I don't know if you're already aware but SilentPatch doesn't fix it yet.

The fourth fx effect texture isn't destroyed. But such a problem doesn't happen in vanilla game because no effect uses the fourth texture, only effect mods like Overdose Effects, Combat FX Update etc, anyway, super easy to fix...

Could you look into this bug in III where if you go into a car while on fire, including ones that are fire-proof, the car engine instantly sets on fire and then explodes? There are some other related bugs I've noticed where sometimes animation bug out during entering and exiting car animations when on fire. I've also ran into a bug in San Andreas when using Mix Sets where sometimes after the skipping the cutscene around the beginning of the game, the one where CJ and company are being gunned down from a drive by from the Ballas, sometimes this bug occurs where CJ is stuck laying on the ground and you can't do anything unless you go back to Start New Game or load another save.

I... guess? Those sound terribly specific, but valid - maybe except the one in San Andreas because it's hard to tell if Mix Sets is a factor there or not.

That's great! I'll wait with a re-release for one more confirmation since I managed to break a Steam version (one pattern failing caused entire SP to unload), so I'm just waiting for a confirmation that it works and I'll re-release with both fixes in place.

So as promised, SP for GTA III has been updated! Fix for Blista being lift-able by a car crusher is compatible with Limit Adjuster by Vitlgt. Additionally, SPIII now actually works with a Steam version - one pattern failed so SP just aborted hooking completely...

I can add on and say it's Vice City, 1.0 exe, 1.11 GInput, and latest SilentPatch. It crashes the moment you press a button on the controller (in my case, Xbox One controller).

If you want to find/reproduce to the fire bug in question for III, you can try Save File #6 from this save pack below and perform the following.

 

1.) Bring out either the bullet+fireproof Cheeta/Patriot out of the garage from Save #6 in the save pack below.

1A). Test the fire-resistance on the vehicles to confirm they are immune to fire weapons.

2.) Toss a Molotov close where Claude catches fire.

3.) Enter the bullet+fireproof Cheeta/Patriot while Claude is on fire. It should cause the vehicle to instantly cause the vehicle's engine (fireproof or otherwise) to be on fire and eventually explode.

 

It also seems to happen even to non-fireproof vehicles as well, with or without using this save pack. The save file pack for testing can be found below.

I don't think it's a bug, I think it's meant to be like this. For 'normal' vehicles for sure. For fire-proof - maybe you're right

I had one person try this on 1.0 and they could not reproduce, I tried on a Steam version just now and could not reproduce either. What other mods do you have?
