Can you bump the quality of stored Gallery photos in San Andreas, particularly disable color subsampling?

The recommended plugin works. I can confirm the issue with resolutions not divisible by 4. The rows in the bitmap file are not aligned to 4 bytes. The screenshots can still be rescued in IrfanView as raw files, with the BM header edited and correct parameters (resolution, header size 54, 24-bit, color order BGR, interleaved). The author could have written TGA files which don't require alignment.

 

Maybe it could be simpler to just raise the quality in the current jpeg format in the patch.

Since this nearly coincides with GTA IV 10th anniversary and song removal, I'd also like to announce something:

 

 

SilentPatch does not, and will not contain any content licensed for a limited period of time. That means it will never see any features cut due to licensing. It will stay the same at its 5th, 10th, 20th and 100th anniversary, no matter what.

Sometimes it can corrupt the save game (i read this somewhere, i'm not sure if it's a BS or something) and it's in PC.

 

I think once, back then in 2015, i saved the game at Cherry poppers. I had 1.1 back then.

I just said,the damn thing is quite obtrusive in gameplay for me.

I'd rather kill myself than play SA at 25fps.Also,there are other fixes I'd like to keep in my game.

Well,I could do that,but there are other fixes in SilentPatch I want to keep without having to use lensflare.

One is Nvidia Inspector,you can framelimit any game to whatever FPS you want.

wat about AMD cards/User's? wat should they do?

The RivaTuner software that comes with MSI Afterburner does this and works with everything.
