last night i tested with frame limiter enabled.

And for some reason it made my game way faster then before...!!

Even with all those mods... ( I did test with out any HD mods (defalt style), came same kind of results)

 

(before 4-8 FPS... After 12-20 FPS (i know my Pc is sh*tty) )

Also why is there so much heat haze in SA? I don't think there is meant to be as much as there is.

30 fps is the only way to play the games not broken, blame R*.

Maybe there is a way to fix dual rear wheel, when tunable the car?
when in the transfender change the wheel on a car with double rear, the rear is only one

Please don't forget to fix (or remove) the broken "prostitutes don't get in your car if GetKeyboardLayout returns a sublanguage of 03".

Fixed a tiny bug in HUD behaviour - code suggests it was meant to fade out when it's inactive (like in GTA IV), but the feature was somehow glitched and didn't work properly.

I wonder if it was a design decision to leave it always on and all they did was a tiny hack to leave it on instead of removing the whole behaviour?

Could be... They didn't bother erasing Hot-Coffee code.

My initial post was a bit "clickbaity" since I was interested to see the reaction - but yes, code for this is left over but having those not fade out was clearly a conscious design decision. It's just that whoever was in charge hacked it around instead of removing the code for good.

 

It shows - some fades are glitchy at the moment, but fixing them would be easy so no loss.

Are you sure that it's caused by the patch? I play with it, and didn't face any problem with scrolling on the map.

I guess it's cool. But they had to make health and armor bars to be always available on screen in the code though.

Still, it has at least 3 separate issues when enabled as is (2 of them being easy to fix, not sure about the 3rd) - I'm not sure if it's worth enabling at this point.
