tossed into the cp as of Dec 17th

As the topic title states I was put into the cheater pool. I decided to play Mr nice guy one day and shared a 2 billion dollar bounty that I collected so that's why I got tossed in. My money was wiped completely but I still had all my possessions. I was at work the time I got the email about it so I had to wait to get home to phone rockstar and see if I could get out because I wasn't a hacker or modder.

 

So I get home later that night an phone up rockstar, after waiting in a free roam lobby with other would be cheats and on hold for almost an hour, I finally got thru to a representative and started to plead my case. Basically, I told him about everything. That I had been gifted money, that I shared a bounty and bought all my vehicles with the hacked money. The guy insisted that if I wasn't a hacker or a modder, that I would have nothing to worry about...

 

While we were on the phone he opened up a support ticket for me and emailed it to me and after about 4 days I finally got a reply saying that they had no trace of me ever entering the cp -_- they asked me to verify all my account information regarding my psn amd my social club accouny and make sure it was correct but all the information I gave them was 100% correct as I verified reading thru the first email I sent. they also asked me to send them some photos of me being in the cp as proof... =/ so just today I emailed them back some photo evidence of me in the cheater pool..

 

I wonder what rly happening over there right now =/

My cp timer is at 23 days remaining.

 

tl; Dr - I got tossed into the cheater pool and rockstar says I'm not in there even tho I'm 100% I gave them all my info correctly. So they asked me to send them photo proof lol

You are in the CP for SHARING HACKED MONEY. If you had kept it to yourself you would have been good as you can't refuse money. But you made the poor choice of sharing money you KNEW was dirty and as a result, you are in the CP.

I know dude but thanks. I found out after but it's like I said before. I was just trying to share the wealth lol. 23 days to go =(
