Still can't get past how I told one of R*'s support agents on the phone how the situation they put me in is driving me to self harm and thoughts of suicide and after an hour on hold the guy on the phone tells me it's not a technical support issue and to have a Merry Christmas and hung up.

How can a company operate like this? They're such bastards.
