Missed the snow

out visiting family so I missed the snow, are there any hacks to get snow now that its over?

No. The snow was online only, so not in the files on your PS3 / 360. And Rockstar has removed the snow files from their online servers, so there's no way to get that back.

You could not be more wrong. Please research your answer before you post one. The snow was always in the coding. It was just turned off. There was a timer set to turn it on and then back off.

It looks like there is in fact a mod to get snow,

"TURN_SNOW_ON_OFF":[{BLAH BLAH BLAH}]

seems strange to have it just for Christmas day because a lot of people like me were to busy too play GTA, I went on this morning to check it out but it was gone.

I really enjoyed the snow event though it needed improvement. It was a nice touch for R* to add that for us even with all the other current major issues going on.

 

Hopefully it will return.

I like how everybody replies talking about mods to get snow back. Not everyone wants to mod. Rockstar need to expand the snow for a few more days.

Changing your network settings isn't modding
