Who wants to start a YouTube channel?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone wanted to start a YouTube channel I currently have experience with Photoshop and I have tons of experience with gaming. I am looking for anyone who thinks they would be a great addition to my team, with my skills and your help we can grow something quite successful. We have some strict age limits but you may be allowed a chance to participate.

I wanted to mention a couple of things before anyone gets ready to reply, firstly if your not going to contribute but instead criticize we are okay with it to a certain extent.
Secondly, I wanted to say that this is an experiment that will likely go well if dealt with correctly, choose your words carefully.

Lastly, this was written with little time added in so expect some grammatically incorrect sentences.

I have a multitude of skills. All of which I can use to work on my own youtube channel. Sadly, anybody and their gran can do it these days, plus there is no quality control. If you wish people to join your team, how about you list some of your skills and capabilities? In a way that I know I won't be paired up with a useless urchin who bails on the project and leaves me to pick up the rest of the work. Oh, one more thing. If you wish to work with me, we'll have to work out a contract to designate pay if it ever earns money. I don't want to be sued in 5 years, or be suing you in 5 years for some sh*t we could have sorted out now.
Btw. Anybody else thinking about joining this guy's team. Think long and hard about what YOU want out of a partnership. The key word is 'partner' which says that you have just as much say as the founder. Which means you need to be getting yours as well as him getting his. Don't get ripped off guys! It's easy to fall into traps.
