Ban because of a huge bounty?

Someone was putting a bounty of 2,1 billions on my head. I survived. A friend told me, that rockstar can ban me. Is this true? Please answer honestly, I don't need "funny" answers.

If you have a Social Club account, Rockstar can see that you had a Bounty of billions, making them know you weren't the cheater. I think you'll be safe if you have one.

unlink your social club. There. If they haven't put my alt in the cheater pool yet, they won't put you in there. A billion dollar bounty is nothing nowadays lol.

if you're that worried about it, report it. i wouldn't bother though.

Reporting is easy and imo worth doing preemtively. If you do it after you get banned it will be suspect. Let them know what happened and go on about your game.
