So, I've finally decided to abadon my level 50 character due to the fact that I messed up on the character creation bit,

And it was diffcult to reach this level, Due to all the Tanks, God moders...Etc

So, I just wanted to ask, Do you guys have any suggestions for Getting back to a higher rank?

Thanks :) (Just thought this thread would be a little break from the usual arguing)

Race like it's being removed with 1.10.

Oh, and do custom races. They seem to pay out really well for the most part.

Wait for the next rp glitch

Nah, I like to be legit, Gives me a sense of accomplishment (Yes, I'm an idiot)

No prob. Plus, doing a lot of races gives you the added benefit of unlocking those mods for customization.

Also, it makes you a beast at driving in free mode. I routinely out-run or out maneuver would-be griefers in much slower vehicles simply because of the tricks and tips I've picked up racing.

You are not an idiot for being patient. I've built up a legit character to 120+ but there is no way I would do it again with the rp nerfing these days.

Once you get Martin & Lester call them for missions and play them on Hard with crew/friends.

I rank up so fast doing this. :^:

Yes, I have noticed less RP being given out recently

Okay, I'll try that, No friends to play with though :(

You can always auto-invite the entire lobby you're in. :)

I only play with one other friend since all others have gotten PS4/XB1s so I just auto-invite all the time.

Do survival at a low level to get a decent supply of ammo if cash is a problem.

If you are good at either DMs or Races and you can comfortably win those, try those out its more fun. Otherwise stick with missions I suppose.

Oh and check out my restriction topic, maybe you want to play the game totally differently. I would give the playstyle a shot its fun for a while...

Don't waste time in freeroam.

Wow, After the first match, It was endless greifing and tanks,

*Sighs*

I told you

I tried Deatchmatches aswell, Which also subsequently failed due to everyone having Carbines and sticky bombs,

Besides i wasn't really playing, I just get booted back to free roam after a match

If you have high level friend, ask them for missions.

Otherwise, do quick jobs like race and make it a chain. Boring, but at least that's your last resort

I wish I had friends that would be willing, But sadly i don't, I do appreciate your comment, however

Biohazard Abyss

Always put missions on hard. Playing on Normal and Easy is a waste of time. ESPECIALLY easy. I hate when I join lobbies on easy. You could run up to the AI and kill them all with a golf club.

Racing also rewards well but I don't find it entertaining so that's up to you.

Free-aim deathmatches if you can find any.

There are so many options for getting a rare car when you start a new character. Especially now that you know which vehicles are the rare ones.

When i started my new character i grinded races to unlock all engine upgrades. Didnt take me long at all to get to level 20 and a 68/15 record just hosting "Custom Off" and "Catchup Off" over various tracks and inviting the whole lobby. After that i grinded all the missions one after the other up to lvl 30 never doing the same one more than once then travelled the map doing every store robbery and gang attack ( some gang attacks are level locked though). All the time grabbing and selling the higher priced cars i would find in missions/gang attacks.

Since level 35 or so ive been doing the survivals as it seems like its easy to get players to join these bjut even doing them solo is rewarding. Boneyard takes about 15-20 minutes and gives £20k plus a TON of RP. You get about 3k RP for completion but you get RP for every kill too so your levelling very fast plus you can actually do it without taking even one hit from the enemies.

I've only been able to play for a couple hours in mornings due to being busy at work with Xmas so its really not taking me long or any hard graft to level up legit or build a bankroll enough to buy and tune every car i want and spend on helis and still always have money.

If your on Xbox and are on around am hours UK time ill gladly help you out all i can.
