No, you are unable to store emergency vehicles in garages ever since patch 1.06 came out.

Just in case you didn't know, you can dial 911 from your phone and have a firetruck, ambulance, or police car delivered free of charge.

Yeah its essentially a mechanic service so.... yeah its all good.

 

Are there any other numbers that can add contacts to our phone?
