Solution to god modders....

After being killed multiple times by god modders on Christmas I came to these forums to see if any one else had an issue. And sure enough there were.

 

Thanks to some players on here they had a solution for them. Tanks.

As much as I hate using them they were extremely effective. Watching thier bodies fly like rag dolls after every shot, they had no time to even put a bounty on me or my friends. We nested on top of them until they died, and rinsed and repeated the process.

 

Eventually they got so frustrated they left the lobby.

 

End result: tanks 12 god modders 0

 

So thanks for the tips boys and girls and good luck with the hunting.

Yeah i joined 5-10 sessions before all with players using god mode.....I'm sure a console/account ban is headed there way

I've made about 5 God Moders rage tonight. I get killed once, call pegasus, get the tank, they follow, I just sit on them, them spawn kill over and over. Eventually they quit. It's glorious. Tanks are so great...

all the modder has to do is have grenades selected and keep dropping them. good luck getting to your tank spawn again without getting raped

Theres a difference. I still think tank users are fa**ots, but God Moders are even worse, at least tank users are utilizing something in the game however early, God Mode is totally normal though amirite.

 

Also how is cheating to be unkillable not more of a bitch move than us running over them in a tank?

god mode came about because of tank spawn raping fa**otism imo

 

it depends on the player really. if you're a douche you'll play that way. tanks & godmode by themselves don't ruin the game for anyone. it's all in how they are used.

Funny you should mention that bit of challenge. Had two people do that and the solution was that we sent one random as bait to attempt to jack the tank while our mugger quickly pulled that god modder out of his tank we then all shot his empty tank up and then ran him over. We rinsed and repeated and after 12 minutes of killing him he left. We then disposed of the tanks and went skydiving. Waiting for the next god modder to enter our lair to harass innocent newbies.

Never said I was a "tuguy" after all I did mention in the op that I got killed several times by a god modder before a solution was found. Perhaps you should learn to read everything before you post. Might make you look more intelligent then you think yourself to be. Just saying.

Solution: go into god mode yourself, then beat them with a melee weapon. 2-4 hits will kill them, guaranteed.

Really hope R* controls God mode. No one being banned, is starting to be a problem. I can deal with DNS kiddies giving out money, but God mode is a little much.

I fail to see why all these people are crying about receiving a billion dollars, when there are players using mods targeted at making your game play experience miserable.

modders are not invincible inside a tank,

the tank will blow up and that is when you get them

I found that parking a tank on top of one was quite effective. I'm not sure how but I managed to kill one of the buggers, unfortunately he somehow managed to destroy my tank the 2nd time I went over him.
