You need a roster, that roster may only have the names of members who have GTAF Accounts. You need an application for members that are interested, to sign-up and have the possibility of joining. You need to state which platform as well in the original post. Also, if you plan to have a topic in the Crews & Gangs section, your crew must operate SOLELY from GTAF. Which means, no links to external sites. SocialClub and/or Private Forums are fine.
