Would these specs run GTA 4 smoothely on high settings?

I know I've already asked this, but I found a cheaper laptop and I want to make sure the game will run well.

 

Here are the specs:

 

Intel Core i7 4700MQ(2.40GHz)

8GB Memory 1TB HDD

NVIDIA GeForce GT 745M

Windows 8

What I would do is go to www.canyourunit.com and type in the search grand theft auto IV (YOU WILL NEED JAVA) And do automatic detection. And it will tell you.

One more thing, If you don't want to do canyourunit then I would tell you it can run on medium settings, just install it and see if it can run at medium settings, if you can try high, but if you can't do high, then just stick with the medium settings, unless if medium doesn't work, then low settings would only work.
