Tutorial cutscene is broke!

im stuck at the tutorial mission. It doesnt do the opening cutscene... i just fall through the map and pop back on top with no control of my character... it stands still with cars passing by and snow falling... ive been trying everything to fix this... 45 hours of straight grinding on trying to fix this

I made a new character to test this and it happend to me, Now I can't load my main character either lol..

 

had to make a whole new PSN account to even play.. :\

Reset my whole internet and it worked.. I get session timed out if I accidentally try to join an invite only session.

hey i made niko sort of and broke my game when i finished tutorial but now it says timed out when ever i chose ether charicter why is it doind this
