Ya i searched for a few days before giving up. Luckily a friend had one & duped it for me.

I usually found them where the Tailgater would usually spawn like the golf club and the tennis court on the beach.

QFT...they are usually in the highend neighborhoods. I see them near Tinsel towers and the golf course also.

 

OP I have seen a red one with an orange top near the beach, the intersecting streets before you get to the pier. He's usually propositioning a prostitute. NO BULLsh*t....when it gets dark try there.
