I just got a couple of milions (64 mil) and was wondering how to share it

Sharing the money will, more than likely, result you getting put into the cheater pool lobby.

Your friends will probably get gifted money soon. You could also mod a car to the max (excluding tracker and insurance) and your friends could sell the car.
