Someone posted in a different thread that while they were talking about other things on the R* Newswire, Brain B replied to a comment of prolonging the snow Online and he said"'We got such a positive response from the season change. We're pondering if we should extend its life time". Not sure of how real is this because a picture wasn't provided to verify this.

Well that's pretty dam encouraging. Like x1000. Hope it's true.

 

 

I haven't been able to play today, and I'm sure their are many other people away from their consoles on this holiday that can't play too. It would be nice if they extended it so those of us who are away for the holidays could enjoy the snow too

 

I don't know why they can't keep it until New Years...snow isn't just for Christmas. One day isn't enough for everyone to enjoy because a lot of people don't play on Christmas Day. Once again Rockstar f*cking something up.

Exactly, this is the issue. One day on the busiest day of the year isn't enough.

 

Actually it'd be awesome if we could have one snow day a month considering how 1 day ingame is 48 minutes in real time.

I've got no problem with an option to switch it off for races. Should be easy to implement, says me with about 2 hours of coding experience from 10 years ago.

It's easy to race, you just need actual driving skill and not just "slam the gas and turn" skillso how do you just assume I have no driving skill and just "slam gas and turn" skill? Im more than likely a better driver than you. Just because I'd rather race on a normal track and not slide around on ice doesn't mean I can't drive.. It just means I don't like driving in the snow..

snow is win/lose imo, fun for driving around, but flying is terrible, and very hard to see people who are in helis. if it were just snow on the ground, no falling snow and no fog, I wouldnt care how long it stayed around
